Leslie Southwick Confirmed
Today, Leslie Southwick's nomination to the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit was confirmed. By a vote of 59 to 38 Southwick got the well deserved nod, even though the nomination process had been plagued by unwarranted attacks by left-wing groups. Congratulations to Leslie Southwick.
