Minnesota Last in African American High School Graduation Rate

Minnesota's high school graduation rate scores among the highest in the country. Unfortunately, however, Minnesota recently scored dead last in high school graduation rate for African Americans. The overwhelmingly majority of Minnesota's African Americans reside in the metropolitan areas of Minneapolis and St. Paul, which have been dominated by the Democratic party since the dinosaurs roamed the earth. This forces one to ask the obvious question. When will African Americans realize that voting for the Democratic party has got them nothing?
