Rudy Giuliani expects to pay the same price as Move.Org did for their "controversial" "Petraeus or Betray-us"advertisement earlier this week. The cost: A discounted 165 thousand dollars possibly way less. Rudy wants to pay the same for his full page add. Maybe you could assume this is fair considering Rudy is such a loyal customer of the New York times.
But lets stick with our principles here...Move.Org has got the financial backing of George Soros, leftist machine, to keep the New York Times interested in his anti-Bush business, which itself is self limiting. Now at a 52 week low, the New York Times is fighting to stay alive anyway. My opinion is let the paper turn into the "New York Enquirer". I can understand this urge to get a punch or 2 in as they go down and we know Rudy's got a campaign to win, but I hope people are smart enough to know real news when they see it. Let us not waste our time.

A Pro Bush Group on the defense! Do they even exist?
IE.. According to Jake Tapper at ABCNews, the ad cost MoveOn.org approximately $65,000, running in the “A” section of the paper.
The New York Times rates on "advocacy" adds cost $160,000. I don't think they can afford to give any deals, even to Moveon.org, who probably doesn't care about that nasty rumor they got 1/2 off discount.
But just a twist on a Blogashere uproar: Hugh Hewitt's blog is a top hit a Google search right now!
"Moveon.Org Calls Petraeus "Betray Us", Says He's Cooking Books for White House - Democratic Senator Declares, "No one wants to call Petraeus a liar on national TV. Outside groups will do this for us."
