Looks like it's going to be an uphill battle for Romney today. Hot Air is reporting on the Huckabee win in West Virginia:
I can’t find WV polls to gauge, but Martha MacCallum claims Romney’s 41-33 win during the first round of balloting was a surprise. Huckabee won the caucus when McCain’s supporters were apparently told to throw their support to him and keep the state out of Mitt’s hands.

Unraveling the Ron Paul Myth
Do the troops really support Ron Paul more than any other candidate??
The Lone Star Times has the answer
The Lone Star Times has the answer
We need a Candidate that can contrast the differences between Republicans and Democrates
...and Mccain is not that person. Paul Mirengoff with powerline posted a blog yesterday titled "A Romney ad That Goes too Far", Paul claims the ad is misleading.
But the add, in my opinion, does a great job illustrating one of the main problems with a Mccain nomination: that Mccain will not be able illustrate the contrasts between Democrats and Republicans as well as Romney will.
It's been said before that if Mccain is our nominee it will be a 'civil' and 'clean' campaign. Which is exactly what we don't want. I thought we'd wanted a candidate that will clearly draw distinctions between the two parties, not similarities.
A lack of contrast between the two nominees undoubtedly guarantee a democratic president come November.
One distinction comes to mind---where I think Mccain and the democrats have "gone to far" is the global warming myth--but first heres the Romney Ad
And....
Here's Romney in the last debate drawing an important "contrast" between himself and Mccain on global warming--using the facts. And as Romney says earlier in the debate: "facts are stubborn things"
