Rusty Humphries--An unreasonable seizure

Full Story here

Rusty Humphreys, conservative radio personality, says that an incident involving police and a university of Florida college student escalated to an "unnecessary use of force" when the student was subsequently tazered by police after resisting arrest. The incident began when the student interrupted a John Kerry speech by budging in line to ask a question.
Rusty says "the mans constitutional rights were violated"
He also reports that hes disappointed with fellow conservative Sean Hannity, who is quoted as saying 'he deserved to get tazer'
Rusty:
"the police created a scene!"
"He had a right of freedom of a assembly!"
To Rush and Hannity
"don't just say what they want you to say!" "do what's right"

Rush on the incident:
-Rush in a hurry recap:
"A student was tasered for asking John Kerry questions in Florida. Kerry, a former protester himself, just stood there answering, as the police took the guy down. The student asked about the Ohio recount, impeachment of Bush and the secret Skull & Bones society. That last one could be the reason Kerry allowed him to be dragged away. You don't ask about Skull & Bones."

I think Rusty wished that other talk radio hosts took his stance in order to make this Democratic function appear to be anti-Constitutional. However, principles only matter if individuals apply them to all situations, no matter of the ideology of the person or function of interest.
